Communication, execution, and professionalism is the reason for a 10 rating. Orion team confirmed appointment via email and text. Notified me prior to arriving. Arrived 5 minutes early (bonus). Service techs were very friendly, explained their process, and made sure every zone was completely blown out. Afterwards received an email asking for feedback on quality of service. I've had many sprinkler companies in the past who show up, barely blow out the lines, collect and move on, never to be heard from again. Orion is one of the best I've worked with!!

Last season I talked with an Orion employee when he was doing a service call in our neighborhood. I have aged out winterizing our irrigation system. I am pleased with my decision to hire them to do it for us this year. Firstly, they accommodated our schedule. Secondly, the service man was prompt. When he arrived, he introduced himself, looked me in the eyes and shook my hand. Thirdly, he was professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained what he was doing since I was interested. Lastly, in spite of a minor glitch in our system and the rain, which we needed, he remained in good humor. There was no smoking, cussing, or littering, and I am unrelated. I am a satisfied customer.

I had made an appointment with another company. They initially pushed me off from 10/20/25 to 11/6/25 for my sprinkler winterization. Then, after calling to verify their arrival, they stated they were running behind, could they do it tomorrow (11/7/25 between 2 & 3, ok no problem). THEN, they totally ghosted me. I called Orion and spoke with Alexis on Friday, 11/7/25 at about 3:15 pm when I was certain the original company wasn't responding. I was in a total panic because it was supposed to freeze HARD over the weekend and not only was my sprinkler backflow valve in jeopardy, but also my nextdoor neighbor's. Thankfully, Alexis worked her magic and was able to get a team out to us THAT DAY, to winterize both our systems. Thank you so VERY MUCH! Lesson learned. Orion will be getting our business going forward. Thank you Alexis! You're a rockstar!

These guys are fantastic. Len is super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very considerate. I purchased a house that had a “broken” sprinkler system per the old owner. Len came out and inspected the system, made multiple recommendations to make the system work and save me money. He was very professional and really explained things well. He also didn’t make recommendations for fixes I didn’t need or upgrades.

We had his team come out and replace some sprinkler heads and upgrade our controller. Our system is now working great and with the new controller is already saving us money by not running when it isn’t needed and not running when it has rained. Thank Len and Kelly!!!!

Update 2022: We had them out this spring to start up our system. My original review still stands. These guys are fantastic. Hard workers. Reasonably priced. Super professional. I couldn’t reasonably ask for anything more!

Update 2025: THE best sprinkler company around. Super professional. The owner is fantastic and really knows how to run a business and sprinklers. I never feel like I’m being fleeced for money or upselling what I need. Wish all businesses were run like this one.

Jake and Jose came by yesterday to help with moving some sprinkler heads that we needed adjusted for our deck, but I also asked them about a few other sprinkler heads that were blocked by some of our landscaping to see if they had time to check them out.

They were extremely patient with me and walked through all of the sprinkler zones to see which ones I was having issues with to fully understand what I needed done. They took time explaining what the action items were whether they were going to cap some of them off or if they could move them out or if other sprinklers would be able to cover the area. They were very thorough in their process, and I really appreciated them taking the time and not rushing through the diagnostic/quoting phase.

Once they understood the full scope of what needed to be done they were able to turnaround a quote so I knew what to expect and immediately got to work. They were done in maybe 15 minutes and you couldn't even tell they had been there with how they tidied everything up afterwards.

I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service and their work. Truly a genuinely great all around company for all of your irrigation and landscaping needs.
